Which has a longer effective duration, compound fertilizer or water-soluble fertilizer? Precautions for using compound fertilizers!

Farmers who grow crops year-round all know that fertilizers are divided into compound fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers. But do you know which fertilizer should be used for different crops? Let's take a look at which fertilizer has a longer effective duration, compound fertilizer or water-soluble fertilizer? And what are the precautions for using compound fertilizers!

Farmers who grow crops year-round know that fertilizers are divided into compound fertilizers and water-soluble fertilizers. But do you know which fertilizer should be used for different crops? Let's find out which fertilizer, compound or water-soluble, has a longer duration of effectiveness, and the precautions for using compound fertilizers!

Compound fertilizers take effect 7-10 days after application, with a duration of effectiveness of about 90-110 days. The length of the effective period is related to many factors, including the type of compound fertilizer, the amount applied, and the soil environment. In suitable environments, the fertilizer release is faster. Compound fertilizers are more suitable for large-scale field crops, providing sufficient nutrition for a long period of effectiveness.

Water-soluble fertilizers show effects 3-5 days after application, with a duration of effectiveness of about 25-30 days. Water-soluble fertilizers have many application methods, including irrigation, broadcasting, and spray irrigation. These methods deliver the fertilizer directly to the roots of the crops, which allows for quick absorption. It is not recommended to bury water-soluble fertilizers directly in the soil, as this makes it difficult for the fertilizer to be released and leads to a significant loss of nutrients.

Compound fertilizers are suitable for use as basal or topdressing fertilizers, but not for use in the seedling stage as it can cause excessive growth and affect yield. When fertilizing, avoid direct contact between the seeds and fertilizer or mixing them together. Improper operation can affect germination and root rot.

The high-tower compound fertilizer series produced by Guangxi Jama Technology Bio-engineering Co., Ltd. uses a high-tower production process, resulting in rapid, complete water solubility, round and full particles, and a long duration of effectiveness. In particular, the dihydrogen potassium phosphate and potassium humate in the field improve low-temperature resistance, adjust soil acidity and alkalinity, provide sufficient nutrients for crops, increase yield and income.
